On the 1st of May 2024, Christ for All Ministries Pakistan (CFAM Pakistan) hosted a Leadership Seminar and Bible Time Course Workshop for a diverse group of participants, including CFAM-Pakistan Leaders, volunteers, Sunday School teachers, and youth members. The event aimed to equip the team with the necessary skills for servant leadership and effective Bible study practices.
Despite the team’s delayed arrival from Faisalabad, the program commenced at 12:30 pm with a heartfelt prayer led by Pastor Qaisar from Hari Singh, followed by a poignant recitation from the Holy Bible by Sister Anmol. These opening moments set a spiritually uplifting tone for the day. The central theme of the leadership seminar, proposed by Mr. Naeem Zafar, the esteemed founder and Chairman of Christ For All Ministry, focused on Ephesians 4:12-16. This theme underscored the importance of unity, maturity, and leveraging individual gifts within the body of Christ to foster collective spiritual growth.
Throughout the workshop, participants delved into the definitions of leadership and leader, discussed the characteristics of good leaders, and explored the role of every member as a leader, drawing connections to Ephesians Chapter 4:11-16. The engaging sessions were facilitated by Mr. Saimon Robin, a dedicated member of Christ for All Ministries Pakistan, who guided the participants through interactive learning activities.
A standout moment during the workshop was the Bible Time course session, which focused on teaching participants efficient Bible study techniques through provided materials. Participants were grouped together to study the Bible collectively, promoting a collaborative learning atmosphere. The groups were overseen by Mr. Arshid Zafar, Mrs. Irum Arshid, Mrs. Sunila Sunila, and Mr. Waseem. Subsequently, each group shared their findings, receiving constructive feedback from Mr. Saimon Robin, who emphasized their strengths and areas needing improvement.
CFAM extended its support by providing lunch and travel arrangements for all participants, ensuring a comfortable and enriching experience for everyone involved. The seminar and workshop successfully achieved their objectives of preparing the CFAM-Pakistan team for servant leadership and promoting effective Bible study practices among Sunday School teachers and volunteers.
As the day concluded, participants left with valuable insights, enhanced skills, and a renewed commitment to servant leadership and spiritual growth. The event served as a platform for continued growth, collaboration, and community building within the CFAM network.
CFAM- Pakistan pays gratitude to CFAM Canada for their guidance and support.
