Report on Sunday School Training
On March 23th, a comprehensive Sunday School training session was conducted for Sunday School teachers from the districts of Sheikhupura, Nankana, and Faisalabad. The training, organized by the Christ for All Ministry (CFAM) team, took place at PatharWali. The training was conducted from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
Mr. Arshad also extended a warm welcome to all participants on behalf of CFAM’s Founder and Director, Mr. Naeem John, Chairman Mr. Zafar, and the entire ministry team. The session commenced with an opening prayer led by Mr. Arshad Zafar, followed by a devotional message from Proverbs 22:6.
The training module, titled “Managing Sunday School Class effectively”, was a three-hour workshop facilitated by Mr. Saimon Robin. The session aimed to equip Sunday school teachers with essential skills for structured classroom management, effective teaching strategies, and student engagement.

Throughout the training, participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing their experiences and challenges. Various interactive activities were conducted to illustrate effective classroom management techniques and methods for fostering a conducive learning environment.
The teachers found the workshop highly informative and beneficial, expressing their appreciation for the practical insights shared. The session concluded with a closing prayer led by Ms. Isha, followed by the distribution of refreshments.
Mr. Arshad reviewed the teachers’ registers and lesson plans, providing constructive feedback to enhance their teaching methodologies.
The training was a significant step toward empowering Sunday School teachers with the necessary tools and knowledge to create a more engaging and structured learning environment for their students. CFAM remains committed to supporting and strengthening the ministry of Sunday School teachers for the spiritual growth of children in these districts.
